In 2006, Allied Global set sail from Guatemala City with a small Contact Center boasting 50 stations, dedicated to serving a local telecommunications company. Two years later, we expanded our horizons, venturing into the U.S. Market, offering bilingual services that bridged linguistic gaps.
The pivotal year of 2013 marked a significant milestone as we acquired Marketlink, a renowned U.S. company boasting over two decades of excellence in the contact center industry. This strategic move catapulted our growth trajectory.
Since reaching that milestone, our footprint has expanded exponentially. We now operate across four countries, with a network spanning over 10 centers. Our infrastructure accommodates more than 4,000 seats and boasts over 6,500 dedicated allies. This growth underscores our unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, evident in our comprehensive suite of Business and Technology Services.
