Manuel Gordo is CEO and Co-Founder of Allied Global, a Guatemalan Business and Technology Services Company with presence in four countries and more than 6,000 employees. Since its foundation, Manuel has been President and CEO, and a pillar to the growth, administration and strategy of the Company. He is a firm believer of the development of the region through education and employee creation and has built the Company based on this ideal. Manuel participates actively in civil organizations in Guatemala. He is currently the President of the Contact Center and BPO Commission of Agexport and served as President of the Guatemala Managers’ Association (Asociación de Gerentes de Guatemala). In addition, he is involved as investor and director of various companies of diverse industry verticals in Central America and the Caribbean.
As Allied Global’s Chief Commercial Officer, Nevres leads the department responsible for delivering differentiated solutions to new partnerships, as well as new innovative ones to current relationships, along with the promotion of Allied Global’s culture and vision across our global footprint. Since joining Allied Global in 2015, Nevres has undertaken key leadership roles, specifically the Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for key strategic relationships and operations across our footprint. Nevres drew inspiration from the thousands of team members he was committed to empowering and supporting while evangelizing them in the Customer Experience ways. His passion for growth resides in his 15 years of experience in the industry. Through his experience, he’s been able to see how the Call Center industry is a catalyst of change in the countries where they operate in, the more jobs we can create, the better outcomes we can provide to our communities. This drive helps the Business Development team, along with the rest of the organization, to provide custom made solutions that yield returns and high-quality results in client satisfaction that are consistent and translate into growth, through the forging of strong and enduring client relationships.
Oscar García Colon is Chief Technology Officer at Allied Global. Oscar says that he was born in a home where technology was used and talked about on a daily basis, and that’s why he developed such a passion for technology. He has walked a long path in the world of technology, with more than 20 years of experience in directing and managing projects, technology, and service delivery. Nowadays, he’s involved with just about every Cross-Platform Technologies and has a long list of community activities — including being president of the technology committee in the American Chamber of Commerce in Guatemala, public technology speaking participation, and actively teaching technology at the top five Universities in the country in the engineering field. With his leadership, Oscar has taken Allied Global’s technology business unit to another level, becoming leaders in this field. What he loves about technology is its constant evolution and adaptability, each year it is more and more fascinating. His vision is for technology to be a pilar in the building of a more peaceful, educated and stable society.
Tányara Girón is Chief Operation Officer at Allied Global. She has more than 21 years of experience in the outsourcing/offshoring industry, and is skilled in operations and workforce management. Tányara has been part of the Allied Global team for more than 13 years, and is a key member of our leadership team. She shares Allied Global’s values, being a true believer that people come first. That is why she cares about the more than 6,000 employees that form our workforce, making sure that they work every day with the best conditions in order to offer outstanding performance for our clients.
German López is currently Chief Strategy Officer of Allied Global. Since the company´s incorporation more than 14 years ago, he has been with Allied Global, sometimes identified as employee #001. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Services Industry, performing high executive roles, delivering consulting services, and developing and supporting organic and non-organic growth strategies. During the different phases of the company´s growth, German has played distinct roles at various moments in time overseeing Operations, HR, Finance & IT. German has been a crucial pillar of the development and execution of the company’s strategy. Under his strategic leadership, the company has grown to over 6,000 employees in four different countries. Also, from 2011 to 2012, German was President of the Contact Center and BPO Commission at Agexport in Guatemala.
German´s passion is about pioneering in the open up of operations in the countries where Allied Global has set footprint and also about supporting the non-organic growth strategy of M&A & Carve-outs. His vision is to keep supporting Allied Global´s growth strategy, reaching the nine figures revenue size with a diversified and balanced portfolio in business services and technology services.
Stephanie Cruz is Chief People Officer at Allied Global. Since she started working at Allied Global 12 years ago, she got passionate about how the company develops growth opportunities because it matches with her values and her vision of bringing the best professionals to the industry to achieve company goals.

Ángela Becker has been Chief Financial Officer of Allied Global for over nine years. She has extensive administrative and financial knowledge. Ángela believes that part of her numerical and process strength comes from her experience working as an Industrial Chemical Engineer and her more than 25 years in senior management positions. These experiences have allowed her to have an excellent management of relevant information for the control and development of efficient and profitable businesses. She is a key pillar behind the financial strategy of the company. Ángela is passionate about being a participant in the implementation of changes in companies.”
